Temporary borrowed description — A commercial variety from Moravoseeds, Czechoslovakia. The name means 'The Wonder from Moravia' in Czech. As many Russian seed vendors state on their websites, this is one of the strains of Stupice tomato. // I believe the name of this tomato translates as The Wonder of Moravia. Moravia occupies the eastern third of the Czech Republic. Moravsky Div will produce an early crop with outstanding taste of slightly blocky red 2 oz (60g) fruit that are born on clusters of 8 per truss. // Moravsky Div was the first tomato to ripen in our San Diego trial garden for the 2010 season. (it was 3 days earlier than Stupice!) The plants are very heavy producers of mostly round, small red tomatoes and the taste is good for an early variety.
