Blue Jade (aka Baby Blue)

Kernels are deep blue, turning green when boiled but stays blue when roasted. High protein and anthocyanin content. Can be grown in containers and does well in areas with a short growing season. Well worth growing and eating. Heirloom ancestry traces to the Hopi Indians of Southwestern USA. One packet contains about 1 oz., well over 100 seeds.
