Very white dent corn, great for white corn flour, grits, creamed corn, hominy, corn bread, roasted or parched. Highly prized for making white corn tortillas and corn chips. Also very edible as corn-on-the-cob when quite young. Stalks were 6-8' tall, though reported to grow to 12-16'. 120+ days from seed to dry kernels. An old heirloom from the southeastern United States, raised by Native Americans for many generations. Harvested 9-28-2016.
