Small, bright red, spherical fruits with very good, robust flavor with sweet undertone. Regular leaf, compact determinate dwarf produces almost all tomatoes and little foliage. Exceptionally early producer: 48 days from transplant, 102 from seed -- and intermittent production continued on one vine until fall frost in October! If you want to grow the absolute earliest producing tomato variety, this one is tough to beat. Blossoms can be parthenocarpic in cool weather when pollinators are scarce, so first fruits may be essentially seedless. Seeds were obtained directly from Natalia Khilenko of Armavir, Russia. Тётушка translates to “auntie”.
