Small (4-6 oz. range) , slightly ribbed, variably shaped (ovoid to piriform to top-shaped), red fruits with meaty flesh, few seeds and delicious flavor when fully ripe: sweet, smooth, pleasing. Regular leaf, large, healthy indeterminate vines with high yield from 78 days. Seeds from Janine Heck, enclosed note indicated:

"From Gabrielle, Dept. of Plant Sciences and Entomology, University of Rhode Island: I sold the variety "Cousin Frank's" in the plant sale to support the Botanical Gardens last year. I was given the seed by my cousin who got it from his uncle in Calabria Italy. (that's the story, anyway!) It is a large paste or cooking tomato. Pretty tasty in salad too."
