A popular market tomato – standard small (0.370 lb. largest weighed), red, spherical fruits with very good, robust flavor. Firm flesh, keeps well. Regular leaf, indeterminate vines produce well from 60 days. A commercial heirloom dating back to 1928. Side note - a variety listed as "Ruttgers" obtained from a contact in Russia produced a 2.370 lb. specimen! More about that elsewhere.
