Temporary borrowed description — Late season, indet., regular leaf, very large pink beefsteaks with some semi-hollow seed cavities (may be environmental), 16-40 oz, good flavor, but the first fruits were somewhat mealy, which also could be environmental. Low producer. History: A family heirloom from Ukraine. Source traces to Krzysztos (Chris) Syzymanski, who was an immigrant from the Ukraine. Thus the name, 'Chris Ukrainian'.
