Temporary borrowed description — aka Dues Mamelles. From Manresa, Spain. Superb stuffing tomato. Very empty, 2 cavities, good size, stays upright on it's own, superb flavor cooked or raw, highest brix (7.5) of all my non-cherries in 2012, thin skin, thick walls, extremelly easy to take out seed and internal membrane (I use a knife). Really impressed with this one. Up to 30 tomatoes per bunch, so I sugest thining to get only big ones, instead of some big, some small. Keep well watered when turning red or they might wrinkle a little. Show this one to chefs.
