Temporary borrowed description — Indeterminate, regular leaf, mid season. Medium to large green-when-ripe beefsteak that is wonderfully sweet when fully ripe and drips with juice. The flesh color is striking, a deeper emerald green than many other green-when-ripe varieties. I did find some radial cracking after heavy rains, but the flavor of this one made it worth growing again.
